Project Execution Lead/ Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution and progress of our projects. You will be responsible for providing operational support, handling administrative tasks, and actively participating in project
activities.

The projects are primarily associated with development programs under the EU, INTERREG and the EUDP, and the framework for the function will be provided through these channels.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project progress through effective operational support.
• Perform administrative follow-up, including reporting and time tracking.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders.
• Hold administrative responsibility for project execution.
• Directly participate in project tasks and activities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Understanding of the political landscape and focus on local, national and EU level.
• Relevant educational background.

Hours: Full time
Job type: Employed

Depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, this can be combined with tasks within project execution, participating in workshops for competency developments and various workshops with companies within Port Esbjerg and additional project-related tasks compiling the position to a full-time position.
